凤梨,又名菠萝、露兜子,原产于南美洲,数百年前传入中国,成为岭南四大名果之一。海南地处热带,是中国种植菠萝的优势产区。清代《植物名实图考》中已有记载。

三月的海南,阳光正好,风里藏着甜。
沿着环岛旅游公路驶入万宁市龙滚镇,一片片菠萝田从山脚蔓延至海边。翠绿的叶片间,果实圆润饱满,空气里甜香浮动。
随手摘一颗,削皮就能吃!不用挖“眼”、不用泡盐水。
没错,这是一颗“懒人友好型”的菠萝。
而这份甜蜜的背后,藏着一个大产业。

风化石上,长出“黄金果”
在很多人的记忆里,吃菠萝是一场甜蜜的冒险——削“眼”费劲,不泡盐水就“扎嘴”。
但在龙滚镇,把吃菠萝这件事,从“麻烦”变成了“享受”。
“我们种的凤梨,直接削皮就能吃!”种植地里,多格村农户顺手削开一颗金钻凤梨,金黄的果肉裸露出来,汁水顺着指缝流淌。
这份甜蜜的底气,来自一片看似贫瘠却暗藏玄机的土地——风化石地。

这片富硒的沙质红壤,透气性好、保水性佳,沐海风而润,浴日光而甜。
正是这般风土,才孕育出“冠琼岛”的凤梨。比传统品种甜度更高、香味更浓,个头也足,单果最重可达6斤。没有木质纤维感,果心爽脆可食。
诸多优势让龙滚凤梨,一上市就供不应求,成了全国市场的“抢手货”,甚至走出国门,远销印尼、俄罗斯。
三十年的甜蜜积淀
甜蜜的事业并非一蹴而就。
龙滚与菠萝的缘分,始于上世纪80年代。
早年龙滚地区种植品种以“巴厘菠萝”为主,后因品种老化、口感下滑陷入发展困境,农户种植积极性受挫。
转折点,出现在一群“破局者”身上。
土生土长的曾才,便是其中之一。他多次外出学习先进种植技术,率先推广优质新品种凤梨。2019年,从50亩试种起步,一点点摸索,一步步推广。如今,他的种植规模已近2500亩,带动亩产年增收超5000元。

在曾才的带动下,多格村成了凤梨产业的“排头兵”,水坡、坡罗等周边村庄连片发展,万亩凤梨田蔚为壮观。
三十多年过去,当年那株“巴厘苗”,已繁衍成3.6万亩的产业版图。
如今,龙滚镇不仅是海南最大的凤梨生产基地,凤梨年出岛量占海南全省三分之二,还入围国家农业产业强镇(第二批)名单,更被授予“南亚热带作物名优产品示范基地”的称号。

这份沉甸甸的荣誉背后,是全镇80%农户的倾情参与。龙滚的凤梨产业现已覆盖11个村庄,今年的全产业链产值预计将突破6.25亿元。这不仅仅是账面上的数字,更是千家万户红火日子的底气。
这份底气,源于一粒种子的进化。
金钻、手撕、冬蜜、芒果……三十年来,品种从单一走向多元。其中,稀有的芒果凤梨,地头价最高能卖到7元一斤。消费者咬下的每一口甜蜜,都藏着这片土地三十年的坚守与创新。
把一颗凤梨“吃干榨净”
有了好原料,如何让它的价值最大化?龙滚人想的不仅是卖鲜果,更是要围绕这颗果子,做出一条完整的产业链。
走进楚创农业加工厂,一派热火朝天:大货车满载鲜果驶出,工人们干劲十足。去皮、切割、烘烤、打包……凤梨果变成金黄诱人的凤梨干,身价立马翻了两倍,一斤能卖到35元。

“未来还会研发凤梨浆、凤梨酥等产品,提升产品附加值。”身兼万宁市凤梨产业协会副会长兼秘书长、龙滚镇多格村党支部书记、楚创农业加工厂负责人三重身份,曾才对未来满是憧憬。
在这里,每一颗果子都有自己的价值。
日入四五百元的幸福
产业的增值,最终落在了乡亲们的钱袋子里。
在多格村的种植田里,采摘工人忙碌不停;在楚创农业加工厂,村民谢宁正熟练分拣果品。
过去,为了挣钱得背井离乡。现在,挣钱的地方就在家门口。
“既能照顾家人,又能稳定增收,比外出务工踏实。”他的朴实话语里,透着稳稳的幸福。

从采摘、分拣到加工、包装,村民们在这条产业链上找到了自己的位置。技术熟练的工人,日收入可达四五百元。
一颗小小的凤梨,正让越来越多的人实现在家门口就业的愿望。

百万订单的破圈之路
好东西也要会吆喝。近年来,龙滚凤梨在网络上狠狠刷了一波存在感。
2025年,新东方创始人俞敏洪的海南之行专程来到龙滚,在燕子洞的万人直播间里,对着屏幕外的全国网友推荐这颗琼岛甜果。
这不是偶然。龙滚凤梨早已布局线上,与罗永浩、与辉同行等IP的合作,借助直播带货的风口,飞入寻常百姓家。

海南泽选农业开发有限公司的数据很直观:日出货量5000单至10000单(每单约5斤),鲜果市场售价达16元至18元/斤。仅2025年,线上订单就突破100万单,销售额超1000万元。
“龙滚凤梨品质没得说,不愁销路。”海南泽选农业开发有限公司负责人陈毅泽信心满满。
一场“1314”的甜蜜跨界
站在水坡村半山腰俯瞰,菠萝田与碧海相连,蔚为壮观。但龙滚的野心,不止于种地卖果。
他们正下一盘“三产融合”的大棋:
鲜果直供:高品质的果子直供百果园等大型商超;
加工转化:小果变成果干、果浆;
文旅跨界:依托海南环岛旅游公路,打造 “1314甜蜜凤梨旅游路线”。

这条路线,串联起山钦湾燕子洞、滑翔基地等14个爱情主题打卡点。试想一下,在网红燕子洞拍完大片,再去凤梨田里体验采摘乐趣,临走带上一包凤梨干——这样的“凤梨主题游”,谁能不爱?
未来,不止于甜
面对越来越大的市场,龙滚人看得很远。
新的自动化生产线正在定制,凤梨民宿和育种基地正在规划,与海胶集团合作推进的标准化生产也提上日程,常态化举办凤梨文化嘉年华……全产业链发展模式正进一步完善。

从田间地头的鲜果,到身价倍增的果干,再到浪漫的旅游路线和火爆的直播间,万宁龙滚正在用一颗凤梨,书写着一个关于小城大业的精彩故事。
这个故事里,有科技的加持,有产业的升级,更有乡亲们红红火火的日子。
这片风化石地上,种出了甜蜜的“‘菠萝’的海”。这片“海”,还会越来越宽广;这份来自北纬19°的甜蜜,也飘向更远的未来。
